Roche Bobois Tenant Improvement - Seattle, WA 2014
Fast-track project included the addition of a retail mezzanine to an existing concrete high-rise. Worked closely with contractor to ensure ease of construction in an existing
structure constructed with high-strength concrete and very tightly spaced reinforcing.

Joey Restaurant Tenant Improvement, University Village - Seattle, WA 2012-2013
Lead project engineer for new restaurant build-out in new multi-tenant structure at University Village shopping center. Coordinated weekly with consultant architects and
restaurant’s in-house designers to achieve team vision. Coordinated regularly with University Village and shell structure engineers and contractor, acting as de facto liaison
between Joey design team and these other entities. Project scope included a three-story steel tube entry, 10ft. steel canopy, custom weight-and-pulley window system and
complex steel, glass and fabric exterior dining enclosure.
Microsoft Cybercrime Center - Redmond, WA 2012 - 2013
Lead project engineer for innovative, futuristic home for Microsoft’s Digital Crimes Unit. This project was a tenant-improvement inside an existing office building and
included two stand-alone, thin-walled light-gage cubes with large glass walls and integrated digital display equipment.

Private Estate - Medina, WA 2007 - 2014
Project engineer for on-going alterations and upgrades to existing 40,000sf private, high-security residence in Medina, WA. Attend meetings with owners’ representatives,
coordinate with multi-discipline design teams and execute projects from feasibility studies through construction with highest level of attention and thoroughness.
Private Estate - Medina, WA 2008 - 2010
Provided on-going construction support for the expansion of a private, high-security estate in Medina. Assisted the contractor during the construction of a new concrete
and steel library wing and renovations to the existing wood-framed home. Provided on-going support to the architect during the development and installation of complex
finishes and completely custom interiors.
Aspen Lodge Residence - Aspen, CO 2007 - 2009
Project engineer for 10,000sf vacation home built into steep hillside at the base of the Aspen Mountain ski area. Responsible for design, testing and installation of 25
massive boulders located around the base of home. Boulders weighed as much as 20 tons and were seismically restrained to the concrete base of home as well as adjacent
permanent shoring wall.
Evergreen Space Museum - McMinnville, OR 2009
Project engineer for installation and seismic restraint of authentic space artifacts within existing 120,000sf hanger. Artifacts were suspended from roof trusses using a
custom cable trapeze system to provide both gravity and seismic restraint without overloading the existing roof trusses. Managed communication for all design and detail
coordination required between the numerous artifact owners, museum staff, contractor, fabricators and museum designers.
Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Expansion - Coeur d’Alene, ID 2008 - 2009
Designed 500-foot-long cantilevered steel and glu-lam promenade structure and 101-foot-tall Eagle Staff Tower. The tower is a canted, cantilevered steel frame supporting
core-ten cladding, steel “flutter” elements and intricate interior lighting. Provided centralized coordination between the tribal artists, architects, lighting designers and
steel fabricators.
Panama Museum of Biodiversity - Steel Erection - Panama City, Panama 2007 - 2008
Analyzed and developed steel erection sequence for Frank Gehry design involving 10 separate steel roof structures. Developed shoring structure requirements and closely
coordinated with shoring contractor and engineer-of-record to determine location and magnitude of loads imposed by temporary shoring. Provided continuous engineering
support during erection process.
